Should have knowledge about ISO 9001

1)Plan, monitor & achieve monthly Production target

2)Achieve monthly Dispatch (Sale) Target

3)Monitor operation expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

4)Develop and implement schedules so that production targets & objectives are met

5)Have experience of handling various departments like Material preparation, Fitup,welding, Assembly , Painting and dispatch

6)Capable to manage 200 + headcounts including Supervisors Engineers, Shift Incharge.

7)Excellent knowledge of interpreting drawing / design documents.

8)Must be aggressive (go-getter) and have positive attitude.

9)Must have technical mind-set.

10)Ensure timely completion of production targets as per schedule and cost parameters.

11)Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed

12)Handle plant operations with focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material

13)Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product

14)Monitor & maintain all quality norms.

15)Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives.

16)Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.

17)Plan and implement continuous approach to maintain low rejection level

18)Assure the smooth operations of the plant by taking preventive & corrective measure to keep plant & machinery in good health.

19)Identify the areas for cycle time reduction by incorporating modifications in the machine

20)Drive continuous improvement in all functions via, manufacturing,

product innovation, quality systems, operating costs, minimizing

waste.

21)Achieve timely despatch of orders as per the weekly / monthly plan and provide Zero Complaint services to all customers.

22)Analyse and plan workforce requirements.

23)Ensuring high motivation levels on the floor.

24)Maintain good industrial relations with workers committee and workmen

25)Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

26)Minimum 03 years in Form work Fabrication, infrastructure industries

27)Minimum 3 years work experience as Production Manager / Production Head.

28)Minimum 4 years in other manufacturing industry in production

Experience : 10 to 15 years in Heavy Fabrication

Salary Range : CTC to Lac / Year
