Quality Executive - Nashik

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Executive to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and hold a postgraduate degree. This full-time position is based in our Nashik office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Quality Control Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of products during various stages of production to verify compliance with quality specifications and industry standards.

2. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections. Prepare detailed reports on quality issues and trends to support continuous improvement efforts.

3. **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality enhancement. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to minimize defects and improve overall process efficiency.

4. **Training and Development**: Support the training of staff on quality standards and procedures. Foster a culture of quality awareness within the organization.

5. **Customer Feedback Analysis**: Review and analyze customer feedback related to product quality. Work with relevant teams to develop strategies for addressing any concerns raised.
