The ideal candidate will maintain daily operational dashboards, monitor marketplace order fulfillment, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple digital storefronts and warehouse networks to ensure error-free dispatch and maximum client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Logistics & Supply Chain TrackingMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking key metrics like Turnaround Time (TAT), order-to-dispatch lag, and shipment statuses.Monitor order processing, dispatch, and final delivery metrics across various courier partners and clients' storefronts.Generate and manage tracking metrics for Returns (RTO/Reverse Logistics) and non-delivery reasons (NDR).2. Multi-Storefront Inventory & ERP ManagementEnsure cross-platform inventory sync between client e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and core management systems (ERP/SAP).Perform high-volume data validation for inward/outward inventory, billing summaries, and dispatch documentation.Track stock aging, low inventory levels, and out-of-stock SKUs to alert warehouse and sourcing teams proactively.3. Data Analysis, Billing & AutomationExtract, clean, and organize large datasets using Excel and Google Sheets to automate repetitive reporting formats.Reconcile client settlement sheets against actual physical dispatches to identify billing errors, marketplace fee discrepancies, or weight anomalies.Provide accurate data summaries and dashboards to internal management and corporate clients for operational review.Desired Skills & QualificationsEducation:Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent) with strong numerical skills.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and text manipulation functions).Industry Experience:Prior exposure to e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or warehouse logistics workflows.ERP Knowledge:Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP (MM/SD modules) or dedicated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.Soft Skills:High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication to coordinate across finance and warehouse teams.

JD of E Commerce Executive.Roles and Responsibilities Maintain online product catalogue across multiple portals. Organize data with regards to listing, updating, uploading and specifications. Ensure the online store reflects information and inventory accurately. Communicate with all the portals to ensure timely addresses of issues with listings. Frequent and timely review of all the listings across the portals. Planning and preparation of New Launches and execution of review generation strategy. Execute short and long-term product launch strategies and daily operational priorities. Support in preparing internal daily/weekly/monthly operations reporting scorecard and MIS. Preparing excel spreadsheets for product upload, colors, pricing, etc. on various portals.Key Skills: Analysis Listing & Cataloging Management. Catalog Creation Amazon A+ content and Myntra CSV experience is must Portal Management. MS Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Index Match, Sumif, Countif, Remove Duplicate, If, Left, Right, Mid,Concatenate, Pivot Table, Shortcut Keys. Good Communication Skills
