Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Lifecycle Management- Own complete employee lifecycle - onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlement for all levels- Drive manpower planning with HODs, manage recruitment for mid-senior roles, and reduce TAT & cost per hire- Handle performance management cycles: KRA setting, appraisals, PIP, bell curve, and normalization with managers2. HR Operations & Compliance- Ensure 100% statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Est Act, Factories Act, POSH- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave policy, and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing- Handle audits: labor, ISO, client audits. Maintain HRIS, employee records, and MIS dashboards3. Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as HRBP for assigned functions/plants. Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conduct inquiries as per policy- Plan and execute engagement calendar - R&R, town halls, surveys, festival events. Improve eNPS and retention- Drive culture initiatives, POSH awareness, and code of conduct adherence across locations4. Policy, L&D & HR Projects- Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in line with labor laws and business needs- Identify training needs, coordinate with external vendors, and track L&D ROI for technical/behavioral programs- Lead HR automation projects, policy rollouts, and change management initiatives with HO5. Compensation & Benefits- Benchmark compensation, manage increments, variable pay, and benefits administration- Support annual comp review, budgeting, and comp-ratio analysis with leadership team
