Job Objective:The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the e commerce strategy for the company. The role involves managing online sales platforms, digital marketing, customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-commerce growth.Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Strategy Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, aligned with overall business goals. Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships. Oversee the management of the company's presence on various e-commerce platforms. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales.2. Digital Marketing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns. Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.3. Customer Experience Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly.4. Sales Analysis Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management on e-commerce performance.5. Inventory Management Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels for online sales. Implement strategies to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.Qualification & Experience: Masters degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field Proven experience of at least 3 years in e-commerce management within the FMCG sector.Skills: Team management and leadership.
