Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing marketing team. Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts. Collaborate with sales and production teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals. Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand presence.Qualifications and Skills: Graduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of 67 years of experience in marketing and project sales, preferably in the pipe or related industries. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
