key responsibilities:

• plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote pipe products and achieve business objectives.

• lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing marketing team.

• negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

• build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts.

• collaborate with sales and production teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

• represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand presence.

qualifications and skills:

• graduate degree in any discipline.

• a minimum of 6–7 years of experience in marketing and project sales, preferably in the pipe or related industries.

• proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.

• excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• strong analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

compensation:

• monthly salary of ₹60,000–₹70,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
