Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote pipe products and achieve business objectives.

• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing marketing team.

• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts.

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

• Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 6–7 years of experience in marketing and project sales, preferably in the pipe or related industries.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary of ₹60,000–₹70,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
