Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source and identify top IT talent through various channels.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Employee Onboarding:

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training.

Facilitate the completion of paperwork and required documentation.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.

Promote a positive workplace culture and team dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer employee compensation packages and benefits programs.

Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive compensation offerings.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
