As a Telecaller in our Shahupuri, Kolhapur office, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your key responsibilities will include making a high volume of calls daily to generate leads, following up with prospects, and accurately recording all interactions in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should be a 12th pass with 0-1 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a pleasant phone manner. We expect you to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, be persuasive and goal-oriented, and have a good understanding of our products and services to answer any customer inquiries.
