The Quality Head in Steel Fabrication is responsible for ensuring that all fabrication processes, materials, and finished products meet the companys quality standards, industry codes, and customer specifications. They develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system, including inspection plans, testing procedures, and documentation to guarantee product integrity and compliance. This role leads and mentors the quality team, conducts regular audits and inspections at every fabrication stage, identifies non-conformances, and drives corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects.

Roles and responsibilities-:1. Engaging the site office and overseeing its day to day upkeep.2. Addressing the incoming enquiries efficiently.3. Briefing the clients and the customers about the products to be projected.4. Demonstrating the product and the available options, properly with best of their efforts.5. Resolving the customers' queries diligently.6. Looking after the sales and closure.7. Maintaining a long term and healthy relation with the potential customers and visitors.8.
