Position: International Customer Service ExecutiveLocation: SiliguriWorking Days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun are off)Sales Generation:Contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.Close sales to meet or exceed targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.Market Understanding:Stay updated with UK market trends and customer preferences.Understand the company's products and services thoroughly to provide accurate information.Data Management:Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in CRM systems.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align strategies.Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.Key RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).Experience: 12 years in sales, BPO, or customer service (preferably in UK/International process).Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK accent.Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.Availability: Flexibility to work UK shift hours and weekends if needed.Benefits:10k-15k salary with performance-based incentives.Training and career growth opportunities.
