working days: monday to friday (sat-sun are off)
sales generation:
contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
close sales to meet or exceed targets.
customer relationship management:
build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
market understanding:
stay updated with uk market trends and customer preferences.
understand the company's products and services thoroughly to provide accurate information.
data management:
maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in crm systems.
prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
collaboration:
work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align strategies.
share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
key requirements
education: high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
experience: 1–2 years in sales, bpo, or customer service (preferably in uk/international process).
communication skills: excellent spoken and written english with a neutral or uk accent.
sales skills: proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
tech savvy: familiarity with crm tools like salesforce or zoho.
availability: flexibility to work uk shift hours and weekends if needed.
