Job SummaryThe Outbound Sales Reps (Inside Based) responsibilities include creating end-user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls. They will manage a new or existing sales territory with a moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization. Additionally, Outbound Reps will develop opportunities and create high market share customers. The position requires both relationship building and new business development.Responsibilities/Requirements: Ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement Be able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals Possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
