job summary
the outbound sales reps (inside based) responsibilities include creating end-user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls. they will manage a new or existing sales territory with a moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization. additionally, outbound reps will develop opportunities and create high market share customers. the position requires both relationship building and new business development.
responsibilities/requirements:
�� ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement
�� be able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
�� possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making
�� ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.

�� ability to create urgency with customers to make buying decisions
�� technical skills with the ability to utilize all provided sales tools (crm, sap, excel) to maximize customer spend opportunities.
qualifications:
�� bachelor��s degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience
�� proven experience in closing sales and maintaining a loyal customer base via the phone
�� goal driven; known for exceeding sales goal and expectations
�� self-motivated: strong work ethic and have a desire to control their income
�� strong organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills
