Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) International BPO (Outbound Sales) Experience Required: 6 Months 2 Years Location: Indore (Onsite) Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift) Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in international BPO processes, specifically sales . The candidate will be responsible for acquiring business, handling client communication, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective outbound sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Generate business leads and acquire new clients. Perform outbound calling and follow-ups for international BPO processes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and close deals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Comfortable working in night shifts.
