Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in international BPO processes, specifically sales . The candidate will be responsible for acquiring business, handling client communication, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
— Generate business leads and acquire new clients.
— Perform outbound calling and follow-ups for international BPO processes.
— Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and close deals.
— Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
— Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
— Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
— Adhere to company sales policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
— 6 months to 2 years of experience in international BPO or outbound sales.
— Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
— Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
— Comfortable working in night shifts.
— Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn incentives.
