Candidate must have experience in IT Service company.

Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and

researching target clients.

Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and

objectives.

Positive attitude and growth Mindset toward task execution and alignment with

organization goal.

Oversee the business development process to attract new clients.

Help to build and create a company profile and portfolio.

Good knowledge and experience of freelancing portals Upwork, Frelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH,

and other platforms.

Research and identify new market opportunities.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

New business generation meets potential clients to understand needs and provides

relevant solutions.

Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Key Requirements:

You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Very good in Written and Verbal Communication.

You have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the IT software service

industry.

Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.

knowledge of current Cloud trends.
