We have vacant of 01 HR IT Recruiter Job in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Experience Required Collaborate with hiring manager to source candidates for current openings Advertise job openings & source candidates from careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri etc) Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring process. Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first- round and second-round interviews. Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance. Answer candidates queries regarding the application process Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate Help new hires onboard. Issue of offer letter & induction Maintain database of the Present Employees and Left Employees Maintain and monitor budget for all the departmental hirings. Sufficient knowledge of various IT profiles like PHP Developer, Android Developer, Dot Net, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, Graphic Designer, IoS, Django, Power BI, Plotly etc Good understanding of Software development technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various platforms and generate leads.- He/she will do screening process as per requirement and make sure candidates follow the interview process.- He/she will also be responsible to take regular follow-ups with those candidates and make sure, they join at date of joining.- Other roles include - maintaining data, sending emails, regular job posting, etc.Perks & Benefits:- Apart from fixed salary, the recruiter is also benefitted with incentive depending on the performance.- Gift and Certificate on completion of monthly target.- Various activities on alternate Saturdays such as playing games, watching movies, etc.

Responsibilities:1. Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available2. Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location,experience, previous employers etc.3. Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening4. Convincing employees to attend the interviews5. Finalizing interview schedule and making the interviewer to be available for taking the interview6. After interview sharing feedback with the employee7. In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding8. Understand Client Requirements and maintain a relationship with clients and candidates.9. Client Communication and Handling Schedules as per convenience.

Description: Candidate with good experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. Handling Domestic staffing. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and other Social Media Platforms. Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients, solid written communication and rapport building ability. Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes. Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently. Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement. Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment. Following up on the interview process status. Keep candidates engaged throughout process. Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and expectations for follow up from the recruiter; additional counsel as needed. Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews. Throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates. Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
