HR IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various platforms and generate leads.

- He/she will do screening process as per requirement and make sure candidates follow the interview process.

- He/she will also be responsible to take regular follow-ups with those candidates and make sure, they join at date of joining.

- Other roles include - maintaining data, sending emails, regular job posting, etc.
