we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial general manager who can take complete

ownership of our restaurant operations and build the business from the ground up. the

ideal candidate will have experience working with a south indian food chain, strong

leadership skills, and the ability to set up systems, drive profitability, and deliver

exceptional guest experiences.

key responsibilities

* take full ownership of restaurant setup, operations, and profitability.

* recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

* oversee day-to-day functions including dining, kitchen, and service standards.

* manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and procurement efficiently.

* maintain top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

* plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

* execute marketing and promotional initiatives to build brand visibility.

* establish effective systems, processes, and culture to enable scalability.

qualifications & experience

* bachelors degree in hotel management or related field (preferred).

* 1218 years of proven experience in chain of restaurant management, experience in

south indian food chain will be an added advantage.

* entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as their own.

* strong vendor management and supply chain expertise.

* financial acumen and hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.

* excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

* experience of greenfield restaurant chain management.
