Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager who can take complete

ownership of our restaurant operations and build the business from the ground up. The

ideal candidate will have experience working with a South Indian food chain, strong

leadership skills, and the ability to set up systems, drive profitability, and deliver

exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of restaurant setup, operations, and profitability.

* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

* Oversee day-to-day functions including dining, kitchen, and service standards.

* Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and procurement efficiently.

* Maintain top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

* Plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

* Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to build brand visibility.

* Establish effective systems, processes, and culture to enable scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor-s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

* 12 - 18 years of proven experience in chain of restaurant management, experience in

south Indian food chain will be an added advantage.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as their own.

* Strong vendor management and supply chain expertise.

* Financial acumen and hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

* Experience of greenfield restaurant chain management.
