Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager who can take complete

ownership of our restaurant operations and build the business from the ground up. The

ideal candidate will have experience working with a South Indian food chain, strong

leadership skills, and the ability to set up systems, drive profitability, and deliver

exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of restaurant setup, operations, and profitability.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Oversee day-to-day functions including dining, kitchen, and service standards.

Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and procurement efficiently.

Maintain top-notch food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Plan budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to build brand visibility.

Establish effective systems, processes, and culture to enable scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor��s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

12 - 18 years of proven experience in chain of restaurant management, experience in

south Indian food chain will be an added advantage.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to treat the business as their own.

Strong vendor management and supply chain expertise.

Financial acumen and hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience of greenfield restaurant chain management.
