Explain TW product features, loan process, loan eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rate, benefits of loan, and repayment terms to customers. Follow up with branch and T.W dealership leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement. Stay updated on loan policies, product features and market trends. Coordinate with dealer staff and sales team for lead closure. Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Address customer queries, objections and escalations with professionalism and empathy. Follow ups with potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler products
