The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound calling and client interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.Generate, manage, and convert leads in the sales pipeline.Understand client needs and suggest suitable products/services.Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Maintain proper records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Stay aware of competitors, industry updates, and market conditions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Qualification: 12th/Graduation6 months - 2 years of experience in sales/Telesales.Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided).What We OfferFixed salary + attractive performance incentives.Training and career growth opportunities at Elvomax India Ltd.Friendly and supportive team culture.
