position summary
elvomax india ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven sales executive to join our gurgaon team. the role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound calling and client interactions.
key responsibilities
identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
generate, manage, and convert leads in the sales pipeline.
understand client needs and suggest suitable products/services.
consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
maintain proper records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in crm tools.
build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
stay aware of competitors, industry updates, and market conditions.
collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
qualifications & skills
minimum qualification: 12th/graduation
6 months - 2 years of experience in sales/telesales.
good communication and convincing skills (hindi/english).
confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
basic knowledge of ms office / crm (training will be provided).
