The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and securing appointments or sales.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Provide information about the company's products/services.Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to management.
