Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and securing appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Provide information about the company's products/services.

Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.

Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to management.
