Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.Present products/services to potential clients and address their inquiries.Sales Pitch and Closing:Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling.Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on prospects.Product/Service Knowledge:Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to the products/services.Effectively communicate product/service offerings to potential customers.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Sales Reporting:Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update the sales database.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.Achieving Targets:Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.Market Feedback:Gather market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role in sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
