Network Expansion: Proactively identify and recruit new real estate agents, freelance brokers, and agencies to join our Channel Partner (CP) network.Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarded partners, ensuring they are motivated and well-informed about our current inventories (e.g., Windsor Park, Winsten Park).Training & Enablement: Conduct regular briefings for partners regarding project USPs, payment plans, and promotional offers to ensure they can pitch effectively to their clients.Site Visit Coordination: Facilitate and manage site visits for clients brought in by Channel Partners, ensuring a seamless experience and high conversion rate.Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of partner-led leads and closures within our AppSheet CRM system.Conflict Resolution: Ensure transparency in lead tagging and brokerage payouts to maintain long-term trust with our partners.
