Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of study abroad counsellors.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss caseloads, challenges, and best practices.- Monitor counsellor performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitateprofessional development opportunities.- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assist students in exploringstudy abroad options.- Review and evaluate student academic records, career goals, and personalaspirations to recommend suitable programs.- Offer guidance on application procedures, visa requirements, and financialconsiderations.- Stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in international education.- Liaise with admissions offices of partner institutions to facilitate the seamlessadmission process for students applying to study abroad programs.- Ensure all counselling activities adhere to relevant industry regulations andcompliance standards.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including academic transcripts,application materials, and relevant communications.- Generate regular reports on counselling activities, student outcomes, and programeffectiveness.- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhancecounselling services.Qualifications:- Minimum of two years of experience in study abroad counselling.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Strong knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, andadmission requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
