- conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assist students in exploring
study abroad options.
- review and evaluate student academic records, career goals, and personal
aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- offer guidance on application procedures, visa requirements, and financial
considerations.
- stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in international education.
- liaise with admissions offices of partner institutions to facilitate the seamless
admission process for students applying to study abroad programs.
- ensure all counselling activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and
compliance standards.
- maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including academic transcripts,
application materials, and relevant communications.
- generate regular reports on counselling activities, student outcomes, and program
effectiveness.
- analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance
counselling services.
qualifications:
- minimum of two years of experience in study abroad counselling.
- proven leadership and team management skills.
- strong knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and
admission requirements.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
