Use candidate databases to identify the best-fit students for specific roles. Shortlist, screen, and present suitable candidates to clients, including detailed candidate profiles and summaries. Organize and coordinate interviews between students and recruiters, ensuring a seamless process. Follow up with recruiters and students post-interviews to finalize placements and gather feedback.
