Role: The HR Manager Experience of 10-15 years in a similar setup or a financial services firm.He/she must have the maturity to maintain confidentiality esp regarding employee issues and salaries while maintaining the cultural ethos of the firm.Scope of Work: RECRUITMENT : Drafting JDs, coordination with consultants, scanning and shortlisting resumes, prelim interviews with shortlisted candidates, coordination of interviews with senior managers, drafting appt letters, confirming date of joining and informing everyone . CAMPUS PLACEMENT : Establishing relationship with placement cells of certain campuses to recruit interns during their placement season PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT : Scheduling and Coordinating Performance Appraisals twice a year, attending appraisal meetings, note taking and follow up on training and other issues. SALARIES : Processing, Reconciliation of salaries at the beginning of each month LEAVES :Making the holiday calendar at the end of the year based on BSE. Monitoring leaves of employees, informing employees about leave status, deductions, etc HR POLICY (annual) : Updating / Altering HR policies, if required INDUCTION of NEW JOINEES : Intro mail to all employees informing them of new joinees, Making sure they get an email id and a copy of the HR policy (laptops and cards are admin jobs) and are familiarized with the culture and policies SALARY HIKES : drafting the bonus and increment letters in January of each year EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT: undertake activities to boost employee morale, including suggesting EVP options, etc Salary : competitive with industry standards This is a full-time position at the Delhi office. The HR Manager will report to the Managing Partner.
