The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and experienced in managing end-to-end sales cycles within the IT services domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue through inside sales activities for IT services and solutionsManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureEngage with potential clients to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutionsConduct product/service presentations and virtual demosBuild and maintain strong client relationships for repeat businessAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, marketing) for seamless executionMaintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM systemsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of IT services and solution-based sellingExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsAbility to handle high-value clients and complex sales cyclesStrong presentation and client engagement skillsProficiency in CRM tools and MS OfficeGraduate or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred)ExperienceMinimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales / Inside SalesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExperience in IT Services or IT Product sales is mandatoryKey CompetenciesTarget-driven and revenue-focused mindsetStrong persuasion and negotiation abilitiesConfidence in handling client interactions independentlyStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh ownership and accountability
