This involves creating a clear roadmap and setting specific goals for the software's success.- Getting all the departments requirements processed by the Software company in an efficient manner- Installing, upgrading, and managing software on company devices.- Providing staff with training on how to use software.- Ensuring overall smooth implementation Enhancement & Development- Monitoring the software's performance and evaluating its impact against predetermined metrics. Preparing regular reports and assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during the software's implementation, and finding practical solutions to ensure the software stays on track- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing best practices to optimize software outcomes.Formalities- Managing all software licensing.- Evaluating software security practices & ensuring it's application - Performing backups and restoring lost data as neededRequirements and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.- At least two years experience as an Program coordinator or related role.- Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
