Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and high-performing IT Sales Managers to drive inside sales initiatives and revenue growth. The role requires strong expertise in IT sales, client handling, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and experienced in managing end-to-end sales cycles within the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through inside sales activities for IT services and solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Conduct product/service presentations and virtual demos
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, marketing) for seamless execution
Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle high-value clients and complex sales cycles
Strong presentation and client engagement skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred)
Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience in IT Services or IT Product sales is mandatory
