The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT, ITES, Software, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology Solution sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential customers and business opportunities.Engage with inbound and outbound leads through Email, WhatsApp, Online Chat, and Phone calls.Qualify prospects and schedule discussions with decision-makers.Client EngagementPresent and explain AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and related cloud solutions to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Sales Pipeline ManagementManage and track leads through the sales cycle.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.CollaborationWork closely with marketing and technical teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth project handovers.Target AchievementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Drive New Sales, Renewals, Upselling, Cross-selling, and Customer Retention.Contribute to business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.Market IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and cloud technology offerings.Develop a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, and SaaS solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.1-2 years of Inside Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Cloud Sales, or Technology Sales experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS Products is highly preferred.Preferred ProfileSelf-motivated and target-driven professional.Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.QualificationsBE in IT or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:1. Provide detailed information about the courses offered by the institute.2. Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively.3. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.4. Maintain an organized database of inquiries received, including walk-ins.5. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.6. Conduct daily follow-ups on inquiries to maximize conversions.7. Assist and guide candidates, both telephonically and in person, during their inquiries.8. Offer career counselling to help students make informed decisions and enroll in the institute.9. Work towards achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Inbound Inquiries for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects: Handling customer Inquiries by phone or mail. Arranging appointments by phone Inbound Calls Chats Queries Lead generation: Connecting with Old Customers Order Management: Coordinating with customers for any order-related issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Up Preparing Quotation / Product presentations Proper Maintenance of Customer records Handling Companies' participation in exhibitions etc. Reporting: Daily and Weekly Reports
