Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. You will also be required to pitch company services to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via chat and voice channels.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.3, Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance or information.4. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote company services.5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.6. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.8.
