Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive / Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
