telecaller / telemarketing executive / customer service representative
key responsibilities:
outbound calling:
make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
inbound calling:
answer incoming customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
provide information regarding company products, services, and offers.
handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
lead generation & follow-ups:
identify and generate potential customer leads.
maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up with interested prospects.
build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and sales.
sales & target achievement (if applicable):
meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, sales, or appointments.
suggest upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
data management & reporting:
maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
update crm or database with accurate and relevant customer
