Job Title: Export Documentation Executive Location: Ludhiana, Punjab CTC Range: 2.25 LPA 3.25 LPA Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PMCompany OverviewA reputed import-export company based in Ludhiana engaged in international trade is looking for a dedicated Export Documentation Executive to handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and other export-related documents.Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and shipping companies.Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.Track shipment schedules and update internal teams on dispatch status.Handle bank-related documentation such as Letter of Credit (LC) and export documentation when required.Resolve documentation discrepancies related to export shipments.Required SkillsKnowledge of export documentation and international trade proceduresUnderstanding of customs procedures and export complianceGood communication and coordination skillsAttention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)EligibilityGraduate in Commerce / Business Administration / International Trade or related field13 years of experience in export documentation preferredFreshers with relevant knowledge may also be consideredInterested candidates can share their updated resume at prathna@penguinconsultants.co.in Or Contact at : 8284843707 / 9464578407Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the further interview process.
