Company Overview
A reputed import-export company based in Ludhiana engaged in international trade is looking for a dedicated Export Documentation Executive to handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and other export-related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and shipping companies.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.
Track shipment schedules and update internal teams on dispatch status.
Handle bank-related documentation such as Letter of Credit (LC) and export documentation when required.
Resolve documentation discrepancies related to export shipments.
Required Skills
Knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures
Understanding of customs procedures and export compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Eligibility
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / International Trade or related field
13 years of experience in export documentation preferred
Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered
