Mandatory Internship Period (First 45 Days)The first 45 calendar days of employment will serve as a mandatory, paid internship period. This phase is designed for intensive training, hands-on project work, and mutual evaluation to ensure a strong fit for a long-term role.Internship Responsibilities & Focus:Training & Onboarding: Complete comprehensive training on our marketing tools, brand guidelines, target audience, and current digital strategy.Content Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling social media posts and blog content.Data Analysis: Support the team by collecting and organizing basic marketing data (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement rates) for weekly reports.Market Research: Conduct basic competitive analysis and research on industry trends.Platform Management: Learn and contribute to the maintenance of our company's social media channels and/or email lists.Evaluation & Transition:Performance during the 45 days will be assessed based on project completion, initiative shown, quality of work, and cultural fit.Successful interns will receive an offer to transition immediately into the full-time Digital Marketing Associate role.
