Digital Marketing Intern / Associate

​We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Intern with the intent to transition into a full-time Digital Marketing Associate upon successful completion of the internship. This role is crucial for executing our digital strategy, growing our online presence, and driving measurable results across various platforms.

​1. Mandatory Internship Period (First 45 Days)

​The first 45 calendar days of employment will serve as a mandatory, paid internship period. This phase is designed for intensive training, hands-on project work, and mutual evaluation to ensure a strong fit for a long-term role.

​Internship Responsibilities & Focus:

​Training & Onboarding: Complete comprehensive training on our marketing tools, brand guidelines, target audience, and current digital strategy.

​Content Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling social media posts and blog content.

​Data Analysis: Support the team by collecting and organizing basic marketing data (., website traffic, social media engagement rates) for weekly reports.

​Market Research: Conduct basic competitive analysis and research on industry trends.

​Platform Management: Learn and contribute to the maintenance of our company's social media channels and/or email lists.

​Evaluation & Transition:

​Performance during the 45 days will be assessed based on project completion, initiative shown, quality of work, and cultural fit.

​Successful interns will receive an offer to transition immediately into the full-time Digital Marketing Associate role.
