Job Title:E-commerce ExecutiveJob Summary:The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of a companys products or services across e-commerce platforms. This role involves handling product listings, coordinating with various departments, managing online marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Product Listings & Catalog Management:Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.Order & Fulfillment Management:Track orders, returns, and cancellations.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders.Platform & Vendor Coordination:Liaise with third-party marketplaces and platform account managers.Ensure compliance with platform-specific rules and policies.Marketing & Promotions:Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Run paid campaigns and seasonal promotions.Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.Analytics & Reporting:Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve conversions.Prepare performance reports for management.Customer Experience:Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries.Work with customer service teams to enhance the post-sale experience.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.13 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.Strong communication and coordination skills.Knowledge of SEO/SEM and basic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.Key Competencies:Attention to detailAnalytical mindset
