Job Summary:
The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the online presence of a company��s products or services across e-commerce platforms. This role involves handling product listings, coordinating with various departments, managing online marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings & Catalog Management:
Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
Order & Fulfillment Management:
Track orders, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders.
Platform & Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with third-party marketplaces and platform account managers.
Ensure compliance with platform-specific rules and policies.
Marketing & Promotions:
Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Run paid campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve conversions.
Prepare performance reports for management.
Customer Experience:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries.
Work with customer service teams to enhance the post-sale experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1��3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and basic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
