Sales Support: Provide sales support to the team and assist partners in creating business plans and setting targets. Market Analysis: Research market trends, identify new opportunities, and stay updated on the Tally product suite and its applications. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and stakeholders. RequirementsProven sales experience, with a preference for experience in the IT or software solutions sector, ideally with Tally software. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software and its applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in direct customer engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline management. Ability to lead and mentor a sales team. Understanding of business development principles and B2B sales strategies. Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and partners. Strong analytical skills to track and interpret sales data. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or IT is often preferred.
