Act as the main point of contact for prospective and enrolled candidates, providing timely and personalized support throughout their journey.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and enrollment progress in CRM systems or databases.

Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads, address concerns, and facilitate enrollment decisions.

Coordinate enrollment events, webinars, and information sessions to engage prospective candidates and showcase our programs.

Monitor enrollment metrics and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our programs and enhance the candidate experience.
