Get first hand information on program updates, new programs, new admissions policies, deadlines, etc. Visit Colleges for Seminars & Presentation as and when required. Follow up with students via emails and phone calls. Respond to student queries in 24 working hours and Provide accurate information. Self learning and development on product knowledge for providing value services to students. Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criterionRequired Skills: Desired Experience : 4-7 yrs into Education Sales Prior experience in Overseas Education Sales /student Counseling is highly recommended Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. Familiarity with computers and the internet is a must. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers Sales oriented and target driven attitude Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow. Leadership skills and strong relationship building skills.

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and programselection, class scheduling and course adjustment. Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that theirqueries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls etc. Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars tostudents and others. Achieve monthly revenue targets from up selling and referrals from currentstudents. Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior and socialdevelopment. Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to therelevant faculty and head of department.
