The responsibilities of a Telecaller Representative are:Handling Incoming calls & providing details for various services.Generating data for calling.Making Outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support.Coordinating with the sales team about customer appointments.Coordinating promotional campaign activities through Emailers and SMSes for Services Promotions and Exhibitions Held.Call prospective clients & explain about the services.Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Excellent knowledge of English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
