Telecaller (Female)

We are searching for a FEMALE Telecaller Representative to be responsible for engagement with the customers over the phone. The responsibilities of a Telecaller Representative are:

Handling Incoming calls & providing details for various services.

Generating data for calling.

Making Outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support.

Coordinating with the sales team about customer appointments.

Coordinating promotional campaign activities through Emailers and SMSes for Services Promotions and Exhibitions Held.

Call prospective clients & explain about the services.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
