we are searching for a female telecaller representative to be responsible for engagement with the customers over the phone. the responsibilities of a telecaller representative are:

handling incoming calls & providing details for various services.

generating data for calling.

making outbound calls for sales, lead generation & client support.

coordinating with the sales team about customer appointments.

coordinating promotional campaign activities through emailers and smses for services promotions and exhibitions held.

call prospective clients & explain about the services.

proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles.

proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

excellent knowledge of english.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
