Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:Territory Mapping: Identify and visit potential industrial clients (Food, Pharma, Textiles, Mining, etc.) within the assigned area.Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries generated by the marketing team and convert them into confirmed orders.Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of our metal detector systems to technical teams and decision-makers.Negotiation: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals while maintaining company profit margins.2. Channel Management:Dealer Network: Appoint new dealers and distributors in untapped locations within your territory.Support: Train dealer sales teams on product features and USPs to help them sell effectively.3. Relationship & After-Sales:Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore repeat business or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities.Payment Recovery: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.4. Reporting:Provide daily/weekly reports on sales visits, funnel status, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.
